Geeze Louise, where do we start? Lake Louise is the largest ski area in Canada it’s also a UNESCO world heritage site thanks to its outstanding natural beauty, and is host to loads of Winter Olympics events, school groups and ski resorts alike. There is no end to the fun you can have on this mountain (Well, the ski lift stops operating at 17:00, so bear that in mind).
Mt Norquay is probably the best place to start your week. It’s closest to Banff town and brags 75 trails suitable for all abilities. Sunshine Village covers three mountains and has an extraordinary snow record. A shuttle bus connects you to all three resorts. And we’ve not even started talking about what’s on offer off the slopes. With popular après ski activities aplenty, your students will say, ‘Do you remember that school ski trip to Banff?’ for the rest of their lives.
