Hello there! We’re Max Ski. We organise incredible snow sports experiences for schools and colleges across the UK. We are a small but mighty team on a mission to change the face of the school ski trips market for the better. Our all-inclusive packages take students to some of the most amazing places across Europe, the USA and Canada.
🤔 What are we looking for?
We are looking for outstanding in-resort representatives to help us deliver our exceptional services to all of our schools and colleges.
Being an in-resort Representative requires bucket-loads of enthusiasm, great customer service and organisational skills, a ‘can-do’ attitude, boundless energy and passion! As part of the Max Ski team, you will need to be confident, approachable and prepared to deal with any eventuality as the first port of call for our customers.

Please note – we are looking for representatives to work 2, 3 or 4 weeks a season. These weeks are usually not consecutive and often fall over School holidays. Let us know your availability by completing our application form below.

Party Leaders / Customers – “Can I be an in-resort rep?”
You may be wondering if you could, as a Party Leader/ customer, apply for a representative role and join us as an in-field Max Ski employee. After careful consideration, we feel this could cause a conflict of interest. So with a heavy heart, we won’t be appointing any customers to work for us in the future. Sorry if this is something you were interested in.
